When you connect a tool you choose the account, see what GD Ranks is asking to read and change, and can remove the access at any time. Every new connection starts in approval mode: nothing changes until you say so.
When something is not possible
Platforms differ in what they allow. Where an action is not available through a connection, the workspace says "Unavailable for this connection" and explains why.
